Our Colonial dining experience includes: freshly baked bread, cranberry fritters with Vermont maple butter, choice of field greens or Caesar salad, mashed potatoes or rice pilaf and table side vegetable service. And for dessert Wilcox vanilla or mocha mud pie ice cream (add hot fudge for $.75) or warm cranberry apple crisp and freshly brewed coffee or tea.
Yankee Pot Roast brisket potted in our 1790 Taproom Ale, served with mashed potatoes
Pork Medallions rolled in an English muffin crumbs and served on a bed of local apple purée, served with mashed potatoes
New England Scrod baked with Vermont Cheddar, bread crumbs, sherry, Chardonnay and fresh lemon, served with rice pilaf
Sea Scallops baked with seasoned bread crumbs, sherry and fresh lemon, served with rice pilaf
Tom Turkey with corn bread & sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes
Chicken Pot Pie chicken simmered with seasonal vegetables, topped with Vermont cheddar & mashed potatoes
Calves Liver pan seared topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and Balsamic vinegar, served with mashed potatoes
Vegetarian Lasagna noodles layered with seasonal vegetables, herbed tomato sauce and Ricotta cheese
